Senior Financial Reporting Lead

This senior role oversees the delivery of accurate financial statements, coordinates audits and ensures compliance with GAAP across investment funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will drive change and process improvements by designing and improving the Financial Reporting operating model, fostering a risk-mitigating control environment and collaborating with fund accounting and other functions.

  • Lead in financial statement production, supporting teams in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP and technical queries.
  • Ensure training on latest GAAP standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors, manage audit queries and ensure quality control.
  • Oversee work allocation and maintain departmental procedures.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring service excellence.
  • Provide technical expertise for sales processes.
  • Review and enhance operating models and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish regulatory filings and returns.
  • Conduct appraisals, provide training, succession planning and ensure HR policies are followed.
