The role of Senior Client Services Representative involves providing exceptional client service, maintaining and enhancing the service provided to clients, and owning, managing and resolving all client queries. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the client, maintaining awareness of transition activity linked to the client, identifying and managing resolution of service delivery root causes, and ensuring day to day funding requirements are in line with client standing instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the client.
- Maintain and enhance service provided to the client.
- Ownership, management and resolution of all client queries.
- Awareness of transition activity linked to the client.
- Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
- Initiate frequent, proactive communication with the Investment Manager daily contacts to verify perceived levels of satisfaction and demonstrate proactive service.
- Participate in Service Reviews as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal partners.
- Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
- Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions.
- Ensure day to day funding requirements are in line with client standing instructions.
- Act as an authorisation point within the team for foreign exchange and cash payment transactions.
- Resolve all ASL situations in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all NT risk policies and adherence to Best Practice documents.
- Coordinate / manage sub-account openings as directed by the Investment Manager.
