Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking individual looking to take the next step in your hospitality career? We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and drive sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for implementing new menus, driving afternoon tea, and managing payroll costs.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our hotel achieves the highest standards of luxury and quality, consistently delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, stock control, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including the creation of new menus and promotions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting high standards for the bar team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and security within the bar area.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
