We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working in a busy store, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

  • Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience, help customers find the perfect product, and assist with completing purchases at the till
  • Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles
  • Visual Merchandising - own the merchandising and presentation of products, help customers find items and highlight options they may not have considered
  • Store Standards - maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures
