Trade Counter Sales Assistant Job Description

This role is perfect for a sales professional who enjoys working with customers in a trade environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and productive.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering results and has a strong focus on sales and customer care. If you have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and ensure that all customer needs are met.
  • Offer alternative products and up-sell where possible to increase sales and margin.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and branch costs and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a trade environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn.
