Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our operations team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role will involve managing the daily operations of our warehouse, including stock control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cycle Check Program and stock control activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and improving warehouse processes such as goods-in, replenishment, picking, and despatch.
  • Act as the main point of contact and expert for optimizing our warehouse management system.
  • Assist with additional tasks as part of the operations leadership team, including covering for leave and supervising the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stock control and cycle check activities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the operations team.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-starting mindset.
