Community Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Community Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our community operations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our online community.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our global team to ensure that all community-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
  • Enforce community standards by monitoring and upholding our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users.
  • Become well-versed in our client's products and community standards through ongoing research and training.
  • Use your knowledge to identify scalable solutions for our user community, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
