General Litigation Secretary Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced litigation secretary to join our growing general litigation team in Cork.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full general secretarial support, including court administration, document management, and communication with clients and counsel.
- Support solicitors on the team by preparing court documents, pleadings, and briefs, as well as liaising with counsel.
- Maintain client files, including opening, closing, and organizing paperwork.
- Manage documents, filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and liaising with clients.
- Book appointments and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
- Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a legal secretary in litigation, with knowledge of court systems and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong IT and systems capability, and strong people skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities at once.
