Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary located in Cork. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting legal professionals, handling clerical tasks, and managing diaries. Additional duties include maintaining legal records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant and knowledge of Clerical Skills
  • Strong Diary Management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous
