Job Overview

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Quality Control Program Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive quality control program for the entire data centre life-cycle. This includes construction, final inspection/testing/commissioning, customer turnover, and warranty.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of QAQC processes throughout data centre construction projects.
  • Review design documents and provide feedback on constructability, maintainability, and quality assurance measures.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans, factory/field inspection checklists, and relevant documentation.
  • Conduct onsite QAQC inspections for installation activities, ensuring compliance with AWS standards and specifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in quality control, construction management, or related field, preferably in data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, mechanical and electrical systems, and quality control methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
