About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of quality assurance processes throughout data centre construction projects, from pre-design to turnover phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review design documents and provide feedback on constructability, maintainability, and quality assurance measures.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans, factory/field inspection checklists, and relevant documentation.
  • Conduct onsite QAQC inspections for installation activities, ensuring compliance with AWS standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with third-party Quality Control Agents/Vendors (QCA) to ensure comprehensive QAQC.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in quality control, construction management, or related field, preferably in data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, mechanical and electrical systems, and quality control methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
