Finance Leadership Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead and oversee the finance operations function.

This role will drive process improvements, systems optimisation, and team leadership to support financial integrity and performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 10-15 years post qualification experience in a finance leadership role, with strong systems skills and experience working with ERP systems.

  • Lead core finance operations: accounts payable, payroll & pensions, accounts receivable, client accounts, banking, taxation, general ledger, and systems administration.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial processing and month-end/year-end close.
  • Oversee banking, weekly cash flow forecasting, adherence to agreed bank facility limits.
  • Maintain and improve internal control systems for compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with professional accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
