Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading and directing the overall strategy, management, and operations of a business.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a long-term business strategy in alignment with objectives and market trends.

Identify growth opportunities within markets, including new product lines, services, and partnerships.

Ensure daily activities contribute toward revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Maintain competitiveness and innovation.

Ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency while scaling the business.

Report regularly on performance, opportunities, and risks.

Sales Leadership & Growth:

Drive revenue growth by engaging in business development and key customer relationships.

Represent the company externally at events and with regulatory bodies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the organisation's footprint across sectors.

Set and deliver ambitious sales targets.

Operational Overview:

Oversee day-to-day operations of a diverse team.

Ensure excellent customer service and reliable product delivery & support.

People & Culture:

Lead by example in creating a culture of trust, mutual respect, and ownership.

Empower and develop the team, ensuring every member feels valued and aligned with goals.
