**Job Opportunity:** Executive Chef Position

Our esteemed kitchen is seeking a seasoned and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in preparing delicious food for our discerning customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage staff effectively, and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

  • Manage other staff in the kitchen ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Plan and develop menus that meet our high culinary standards
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard, adhering to HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy café or restaurant environment
  • A recognised culinary qualification (e.g. FETAC/QQI or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices, with ability to implement them effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for producing fresh, quality food, meeting customer expectations
