Breakfast Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled breakfast chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfasts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, Cook, and Present Breakfast: Ensure all breakfast dishes are prepared to the highest standards, with excellent presentation and smooth service.
  • Maintain Food Safety and Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene procedures at all times, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage Stock Rotation and Ordering: Effectively manage stock rotation and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Kitchen Organisation and Maintenance: Maintain kitchen areas in a clean and organised state, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Support the Executive Head Chef and Team: Collaborate with the executive head chef and wider team to achieve culinary excellence and maintain exceptional guest experiences.

About You:

  • Previous Experience as a Breakfast or Line Chef: Possess previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Passion for Fresh, High-Quality Food: Demonstrate a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and a keen eye for presentation.
  • Strong Understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Regulations: Possess a solid understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Reliability, Organisation, and Flexibility: Demonstrate reliability, organisational skills, and flexibility to work early shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rota basis.

This is a part-time role requiring flexibility to work any given day of the week, including early-morning shifts.
