Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement audits, collaborating closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.">
  • Conduct thorough audits, develop and review action plans for improvement, monitor progress, and report on regulatory compliance.">
  • Lead quality improvement projects, tracking progress against project plans and providing regular updates.">
  • Manage electronic data on compliance programmes, generating reports to analyse trends, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions.">

Requirements:

">
  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.">
  • Prior experience in auditing and using quality systems would be beneficial.">
  • Demonstrable experience in Service Delivery in a Social care setting is essential.">
  • Candidates must possess the necessary skills and competencies for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.">
  • Strong understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.">
  • Ability to use and analyse data effectively in decision making and monitoring progress against targets.">
  • Strong research, auditing, and analysis skills are required.">
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.">
  • A full clean driving license is mandatory.">
