Job Description:
">- This role is focused on implementing quality compliance initiatives that drive excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
">- To design and implement audits, collaborating closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.">
- Conduct thorough audits, develop and review action plans for improvement, monitor progress, and report on regulatory compliance.">
- Lead quality improvement projects, tracking progress against project plans and providing regular updates.">
- Manage electronic data on compliance programmes, generating reports to analyse trends, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions.">
Requirements:
">- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.">
- Prior experience in auditing and using quality systems would be beneficial.">
- Demonstrable experience in Service Delivery in a Social care setting is essential.">
- Candidates must possess the necessary skills and competencies for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.">
- Strong understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.">
- Ability to use and analyse data effectively in decision making and monitoring progress against targets.">
- Strong research, auditing, and analysis skills are required.">
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.">
- A full clean driving license is mandatory.">
About the Role:
">- This is a full-time salaried position averaging around 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.">
