Job Overview

As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by preparing and processing invoices and claim-related documentation, achieving monthly invoicing targets, generating daily reports, and managing invoice-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and prepare invoices and claim-related documents efficiently.
  2. Meet monthly invoicing targets as outlined in the training plan.
  3. Generate daily reports to support trend analysis and dashboard creation.
  4. Effectively manage and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain and update customer and vehicle records accurately.
  6. Support the preparation and coordination of warranty, contract, and retail audits.
  7. Collaborate with workshop personnel to ensure job packs are processed efficiently and on time.
  8. Assist in managing and controlling all parts warranty and contract administration.
  9. Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  10. Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
  11. Complete all documentation and job-related paperwork in compliance with industry standards.
  12. Adhere to established procedures and company policies.
  13. Provide cover for CVRT and CSR duties when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Motor trade/claim handling experience is essential.
  • Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Highly organized individuals are preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills are required.
