
Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by preparing and processing invoices and claim-related documentation, achieving monthly invoicing targets, generating daily reports, and managing invoice-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and prepare invoices and claim-related documents efficiently.
- Meet monthly invoicing targets as outlined in the training plan.
- Generate daily reports to support trend analysis and dashboard creation.
- Effectively manage and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records accurately.
- Support the preparation and coordination of warranty, contract, and retail audits.
- Collaborate with workshop personnel to ensure job packs are processed efficiently and on time.
- Assist in managing and controlling all parts warranty and contract administration.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Complete all documentation and job-related paperwork in compliance with industry standards.
- Adhere to established procedures and company policies.
- Provide cover for CVRT and CSR duties when necessary.
- Motor trade/claim handling experience is essential.
- Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Highly organized individuals are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills are required.
