Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic Aftersales team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service and care, setting the standard for our brand's reputation. As the first point of contact, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice answering service enquiries and bookings, handling all service and PDI bookings using Auto View.

You will liaise with parts, sales, and workshop teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, check for outstanding recalls, and update internal systems accordingly. Additionally, you will manage service appointments efficiently, ensuring no overlaps or delays, and support workshop flow by communicating job priorities and requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Utilizing computer software to process and manage bookings and tasks
  • Ensuring accurate records and data entry
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
