Service Delivery Manager

This role is a high-level position within the organization, requiring strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams. As the service has expanded, we are seeking an individual who can work closely with senior management to ensure effective delivery and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities- To develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that meet regulatory requirements and promote high-quality care.
- To lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, including problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
- To recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
- A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
- Postgraduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
- At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including demonstrable experience of strategic planning.
- At least 5 years of experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
