
Branch Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will lead a team to drive performance targets across sales revenue, policy growth, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards in a branch setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic operations, promoting comprehensive insurance offerings across Retail and Commercial lines.
- Develop market presence and engage with local communities through outreach programs.
- Maximise resource utilisation through optimisation of footfall, telephony, and fulfilment activities.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives through simplification and self-service channels.
- Engage customers through tailored communication aligned to individual profiles.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders through proactive business, community, and affinity partnerships.
- Manage staff performance in line with HR policies, fostering high-performing teams.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including cash handling and expense procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MCC qualification in both Personal and Commercial General Insurance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within financial services, with proven management skills.
- Full clean driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of performance management and operational best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, compliance, health and safety, and security procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to network effectively with key stakeholders.
This role is designated as a Controlled Function under the Fitness & Probity Regime, and the successful candidate will be subject to enhanced background screening.
