NAPA Auto Parts was founded in 1925 to meet America's need for an effective automotive parts distribution system.

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to join our team and help establish and expand our brand in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will already be working in the automotive industry or another trade counter environment, with a strong focus on maximizing sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving branch sales, margin, and targets.
  • Managing daily operations including warehouse and customer delivery teams.
  • Maximizing branch efficiencies to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Inventory control and managing customer and supplier returns.
  • Managing local fleet requirements.
  • Delivering high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications include:

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of online and Windows-based cataloguing systems.
  • Sales-focused with a can-do attitude.
