With a presence spanning 6,000+ locations across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, we're seeking an exceptional Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Mullingar.

This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated professionals to help establish and expand our brand in Ireland. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our journey as we continue to grow and succeed as a market leader in Europe and worldwide.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to support the branch manager and team in maximizing sales and operational efficiency while delivering first-class service to customers.

  • Achieve branch sales, margin, and targets, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including warehouse management and customer delivery teams.
  • Maximize branch efficiencies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain inventory control, manage customer and supplier returns, stock takes, and audits.
  • Manage local fleet requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety.
  • Manage cash handling, assist with customer accounts, and debts.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Communicate key aims and objectives to the team.
