Operational Excellence Product Manager

As a key member of our global tech organization, you will focus on driving operational improvements to enhance how teams work and collaborate. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in technical product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through deployment and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, engineers, and product managers to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions.
  • Align diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational excellence by influencing without authority.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives.
  • Use data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over time.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains.
  • Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience working with data to support decision-making (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts).
