Skyline and Stadium Tour Guide

The GAA Museum is seeking passionate individuals to join its team as part time Skyline and Stadium Tour Guides. The ideal candidates will have a deep interest in history, Gaelic Games, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead tours of Kelloggs Skyline and Croke Park Stadium.
- Tailor tour content to match the needs of individual groups.
- Conduct tours with fun and enthusiasm, providing visitors with a memorable experience.
- Front of house duties including group check-ins, ticket and merchandise sales, re-stocking the gift shop, and handling cash.
- Answer general customer queries and assist at special events.
- Undertake research regarding stadium tour commentary and keep up to date with developments in the GAA & Croke Park.
Essential Criteria:
- Deep knowledge and interest in Gaelic Games.
- Passion for history.
- Passion for storytelling.
- Interest in Dublin city and its history and visitor attractions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding job.
- Willingness to work at height on the Skyline rooftop walkway.
Desirable Criteria:
- Fluency in Irish and/or French.
- Previous tour guide experience.
- Previous experience working in a visitor attraction/museum/retail setting.
- Experience leading and supervising large groups.
- Experience working in a busy customer-facing role.
