">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Analyse procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve sourcing strategies.">
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress.">
  • Evaluate supplier bids, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.">
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to align procurement plans with construction schedules.">
  • Assist in drafting and issuing purchase orders, and service agreements.">
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess supplier capabilities and pricing trends.">
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.">
  • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts by providing data-driven insights on material and service costs.">
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure adherence to company policies, quality and regulatory standards.">
">Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Supply Chain, with a keen interest in the Construction Industry.">
  • Proficient in MS Office, with Advanced Excel skills.">
  • Knowledge of building materials is desirable, but not essential as training will be given.">
  • Strong analytical skills.">
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems is desirable.">
