Construction Project Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors. This entails overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that project plans, specifications, and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective liaison with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.

Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
