Project Management Opportunity

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality and safety targets are met.
  • Manage programme, budget, and quality targets effectively.
  • Coordinate teams including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Chair meetings, ensure compliance, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Monitor progress, track risks, and report to senior leadership regularly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of RC frame, MEP coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Degree qualified in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
