Job Overview:

The Senior Program Coordinator will oversee a High-tech Commercial Project in Kildare, working closely with the regional director, assistant program coordinator, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to collaborate effectively.

Key responsibilities include guaranteeing alignment of project phases with the Project Execution Plan, operational protocols, as well as championing compliance with HSEQ standards and objectives.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for the regional director, oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQS teams, and handle resource planning.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in program management on Civils/Build Projects
  • Degree/trade qualified
  • 3+ years managing subcontractors and staff

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.

Monitor and report project progress against milestones and deadlines.

Working Environment:

This role is based in Kildare, with frequent travel to project sites and meetings with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
