Learning and Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of training programs that meet regulatory standards while fostering a culture of growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, preferably in a regulated environment, and possess strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and tracking of GMP, Safety, and Compliance training, ensuring training records are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory standards. You will also design and manage onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring timely and effective integration, and coordinate role-specific training plans in collaboration with department leads and SMEs.

Furthermore, you will support the development and delivery of leadership training programs, partnering with external vendors to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences tailored to the needs of our transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a site-wide training strategy aligned with our transformational journey and regulatory expectations.
  • Compliance & GMP Training: Oversee delivery and tracking of GMP, Safety, and Compliance training, ensuring training records are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • New Hire & Role-Based Training: Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring timely and effective integration, and coordinate role-specific training plans in collaboration with department leads and SMEs.
  • Leadership & Capability Development: Support the development and delivery of leadership training programs, partnering with external vendors to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences tailored to the needs of our transformation roadmap.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, HR, Education, or related field.
  • Strong experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing training programs in GMP-compliant settings and interacting with external regulatory agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
