Site Manager Position

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a construction site in Longford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.\
  • Monitor progress and assist the project team in meeting agreed programme targets.\
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of the project, including compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.\
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors.\
  • Delegation and organisational skills are essential for this role.\
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others is crucial.\
  • Strong IT skills, particularly knowledge of Microsoft software, are required.\
  • Third-level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of trades is preferred.\
  • 10 years' experience in site management, preferably with a main contractor, is necessary.\
  • Large-scale commercial/mixed-use development project experience is beneficial.\
