Job Title: Site Manager

This role requires a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing construction sites, prioritizing workload, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Manage multiple construction sites effectively, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve their best performance.
  2. Demonstrate strong IT skills and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  4. Ensure high-quality project delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or as a construction professional.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations.
