Lead Enterprise Cyber Security

An accomplished Cyber Security Operations Leader is required to spearhead strategic initiatives across identity, cloud, data, vulnerability, and SOC operations for a forward-thinking organisation.

This senior leadership role offers unparalleled visibility and the opportunity to shape enterprise security strategy, oversee major technology platforms, and manage a high-performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Cyber Security Strategy, including 24/7 SOC monitoring and escalation.
  • Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM), incorporating robust CyberArk deployments.
  • Drive Vulnerability & Patch Management Initiatives utilising Qualys.
  • Lead Enterprise Cloud & Network Security Strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and microsegmentation.
  • Implement & Manage Data Security & DLP Policies leveraging Microsoft DLP.
  • Contribute to Security Governance, Compliance, and Risk Frameworks.
  • Mentor Teams, Manage Vendors, and Advise Senior Stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years' Progressive Experience in Cyber Security with a strong background in security operations.
  • Expertise Across Multiple Domains:
    • Security Operations & Incident Response
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Cloud Security
    • Network Security
    • Data Security / DLP
    • Email Security
    • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • Hands-on Experience with Key Tools: CyberArk, Qualys, Illumio, and Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
  • Relevant Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or Vendor-Specific) are highly desirable.
