Global Mobility Specialist

About This Role
This role is designed to support the administration of international mobility and employment tax across various jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, tracking employee work permit applications, and monitoring work and residency permissions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. They should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting emails, letters, and business correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Global Mobility Tax Manager
- Assist with the preparation of work permit applications
- Track employee work permit applications
- Maintain accurate records of employee movements
- Draft international assignment contracts
- Monitor work and residency permissions for assignees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience drafting emails, letters, and business correspondence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Background in administration with exposure to tax, HR, mobility, or compliance
