Global Payroll Director

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to lead our global payroll function. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of payroll management, preferably in a global organisation.
About the Role:- Develop and implement a global payroll strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage payroll team members and foster a collaborative environment ensuring adherence to payroll deadlines and accuracy.
- Implement and improve standardised payroll policies, procedures, and systems across all regions.
- Evaluate and recommend payroll software and systems for process optimisation and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, human resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in payroll management, preferably in a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
