Technical Support Specialist

At the forefront of Cyber Risk Management, we are dedicated to securing the Enterprise of Things through active defense, identifying, segmenting, and enforcing compliance in real-time and at scale.

We seek a skilled Technical Support Specialist who will develop a deep understanding of Forescout products and environments where they are deployed.

">

This role requires someone who can utilize their knowledge and experience to solve technical problems for customers, act as an advisor to less experienced team members, and complete assigned duties with minimal direction from Technical Services Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers and other support engineers">
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues">
  • Handle case escalations and solve customer issues on site">
  • Work closely with Engineering to relay any product issues">
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for emergency technical issues">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • 5-8 years' technical experience in a support role (Enterprise-level support environment preferred)">
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience">
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills and expert ability to assess situations and adapt according to customer needs">
  • Understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks">
  • Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux platforms, with a solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices">
  • Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CASP, Security+, CEH, SANS">
