Job Overview

At our organization, we are seeking skilled professionals to collaborate as one team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Forescout products and environments in which they are deployed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance to customers and support engineers.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Handling case escalations and solving customer issues on site.
  • Working closely with Engineering to relay product issues.
  • Traveling occasionally to customer sites for emergency technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of technical experience in a support role (in an Enterprise-level support environment is a plus).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills and expert ability to assess situations and adapt according to customer needs.
  • Capable of documenting problems and solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
