Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The role will involve providing technical support to customers via phone, email and remote access.

Responsibilities include logging calls, keeping records of customer queries, analysing call logs to identify trends and underlying problems, updating helpdesk documentation, testing and fixing faulty equipment and executing assigned activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and think logically.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, as well as good interpersonal and customer care skills.

A willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Professionalism and flexibility are also key qualities for this role.


Key Responsibilities
