Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Technical Project Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing technical projects that support drug product manufacturing within various areas of our facility. This includes qualification of new equipment, implementation of reliability and maintenance programs, and coordination of new processes, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and execution
  • Qualification of new equipment
  • Implementation of reliability and maintenance programs
  • Coordination of new processes, equipment, and materials
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Development of detailed specifications, engineering documents, protocols, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or relevant experience
  • Typically 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry or aseptic pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven project management experience and strong mechanical capability
  • Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems
