Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, experience in customer service, and proficiency in IT applications such as CRM, SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive orders from customers, acknowledge receipt, and request pricing from suppliers
  • Enter customer orders on SAP and purchase orders on SAP for suppliers
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery dates and liaise with customers accordingly
  • Manage stock levels, receive stock on SAP, dispatch stock, and send paperwork to customers
  • Arrange collections from suppliers and advise warehouse when stock is arriving
  • Maintain all hard copies and UK filing as required, invoice/credit customers, and reconcile warehouse/transport costs with accounts
Requirements:
  • Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience: Working within a customer service/customer care environment, strong relationship building, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with working hours and IT skills: experienced in the use of CRM, SAP, Tableau, and/or Microsoft Office suite
