This role involves handling queries and requests relating to products across Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments & Protection Plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly on the phone.
">- Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount in this position.
- Dealing with clients/members and brokers/employers and other stakeholders over the phone.
- Processing client/member requests through the new business life cycle of policies, ensuring requests are processed in accordance with product rules and company procedures.
- Handling complaints.
- Interacting with other areas of the business (e.g., Sales, Propositions, Compliance) to improve how we work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Well organized, results-driven, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Third Level Qualification in a relevant area (plus potential for further qualification).
- Willingness to undertake a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
