Job Overview

This key role drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout the organization by implementing best practices and ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • This position plays a crucial part in driving process excellence, and effective implementation is essential for success.
Main Responsibilities
  • The incumbent will support all areas in Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Key Performance indicators to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Achieving agreed objectives as a result of improvement projects is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will assist in selecting priority Lean & Six Sigma projects for the plant.
  • Providing training on Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, such as Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Standard Work, 5S, Human Performance, and Lean, is also a responsibility.
Organizational Relationships

The role reports directly to the Rathdrum Site Leader and requires strong working relationships with the Rathdrum Site Leadership Team, Extended Leadership Team, Global OpEx colleagues, and GMS colleagues as needed for project support.
