Network Infrastructure Specialist

At the forefront of network connectivity and services, our WAN Technical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless project execution. This dynamic position involves close collaboration with Network Sales, Presales, Project Engineers, and Service Providers to ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end network delivery of assigned tasks, partnering with Network Engineering, implementation teams, third-party providers, and customers.
- Provide regular status updates and anticipate issues, reporting them to the Network Practice Lead.
- Collaborate with the Network Practice Lead and PMO for resource scheduling and work with Engineering Teams to ensure appropriate Change Requests are created.
- Ensure solutions are documented and reviewed according to Best Practices.
- Manage relationships with Partner Vendors and design standard operating procedures to increase operational efficiency.
- Highly organized, pro-active, and able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- 3-5 years IT experience required.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software suite.
- Able to operate in a cross-functional matrix-management environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proactive, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
