Job Title

A Deployment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily production requirements. The individual responsible for this position must possess strong analytical and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and vendors.

The primary responsibilities of a Deployment Coordinator include:

  • Inventory analysis and control: Maintaining accurate records of materials and supplies, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Purchasing and planning: Coordinating with vendors to procure necessary materials and supplies, and developing plans to meet production demands.
  • Issuing, maintaining, and reviewing all materials for daily production requirements.

Additionally, a Deployment Coordinator may be responsible for:

  • Notifying vendors of material discrepancies and resolving client billing disputes.
  • Ensuring that proper materials are available for production, and coordinating with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • Print and/or warehouse inventory management experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
  • In-depth company knowledge/experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
