Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate

This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our organization dedicated to improving patient access to life-saving treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceutical and ancillary products, including warehousing, facility and equipment maintenance, and compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to solve problems, and be adaptable. You will also need to have previous experience with logistics, supply chain, and refrigeration, as well as inventory management software experience.

  • Assist with the intake, shipping, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, following corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support inventory management processes, including physical counts and data entry within our inventory system, Unleashed
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for product receipts, customer orders, shipments, and controlled substances in line with DEA and internal recordkeeping requirements
  • Provide backup support for courier bookings and other logistics tasks
  • Help with general warehouse maintenance, including equipment upkeep, pest control, and contingency planning
  • Offer administrative support to the Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations teams
  • Monitor and manage warehouse supplies, shipping components, and related materials
  • Ensure all work is performed in alignment with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and our internal Quality Management System (QMS)
