Production Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machines, troubleshooting and fine-tuning processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the supervisor to ensure efficient production operations
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to the overall company performance in areas of Output, Quality, Safety, People Management, and Cost
  • Assist in mould changeovers, machine maintenance, and process optimisation
  • Provide leadership and communicate with the team
  • Ensure adequate materials and resources are available
  • Maintain accurate training records and refresh training as required
  • Develop an incident-free work environment and adhere to cleanroom and hygiene regulations
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar manufacturing role within a busy environment
  • Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines (desirable)
  • Previous experience in GMP regulated environments (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of injection moulding, silicone moulding, or automated assembly processes (desirable)
