Job description

Are you a natural relationship-builder with strong product knowledge and a passion for the food industry? We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow business in the Kerry area. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Kerry area;Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities;Promote and up sell a wide range of catering and food service products;Work closely with the internal sales team, logistics, and management to ensure smooth operations;Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies;Meet and exceed agreed sales targets;Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Criteria

Previous experience in the Wholesale Food Supply sector or the Catering & Hospitality sector;Product knowledge relating to the Catering / Food service Industry;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory;Proven track record of meeting sales targets;Full, clean driving licence.
