Job Opportunity

Care Home Manager - Cork City. Part Time, 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm for 4 days and 9:00am-2:30pm for 1 day.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage care, catering, cleaning, and house services in Cork City.
  • Supervise a dedicated team of staff ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Oversee food quality and hygiene throughout the entire food cycle from preparation to delivery.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and budget management.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and seek new opportunities for service growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Garda Vetting clearance required prior to starting the role.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in care, hospitality, or facilities management, and strong IT literacy.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a care or residential environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget oversight and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Level 5 Certificate in Care Skills and/or Care of the Older Person desirable.
