This role involves supporting a range of functions including administration, accounts, and reception duties. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations including handling reception, phone calls, and emails.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to visitors and stakeholders.
• Organise and attend board meetings with senior management, ensuring accurate minute-taking.
• Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Support the Accounts Payable team by inputting, processing, and reconciling invoices and payments.

Requirements:
• Accounting technician qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or receivable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
