We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Operations Manager to join our team at TN Ireland. As a Help Desk Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

In this position, you will be responsible for communicating and liaising with customers via all available channels (email, video chat, telephone or face-to-face) to effectively and efficiently resolve queries/issues. You will also be responsible for accurately logging all defects into the defect tracker and issuing defects out to relevant subcontractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with site teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role where you have been managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office. Experience using Zendesk would also be an advantage for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must for this role - face-to-face, via phone, via email/live chat.
