Job Title: Chief Pharmacy Officer

A key leadership role has arisen in a leading healthcare organization, requiring an exceptional pharmacy professional to oversee the efficient operation of our dispensary. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of medication to patients.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist.
  • PSI-approved pharmacy qualification and registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
